This week CIM just sold their newly built 286-room James Hotel on the southeast corner of Sunset and La Cienega boulevards to Starwood Capital Group.
The James Hotel was the first new ground-up hotel in West Hollywood in three decades. The property reportedly sold for nearly $280 million, putting it in elite company as one of the highest price per key ($975,000/unit) deals in recent history.
PlanNet who was the Technology Project Manager and Low Voltage Designer for the 10-story, 235,000-square-foot James Hotel, would like to congratulate the CIM Group on this colossal deal.
